Gregg Phillips, Chairman for AutoGov, is one of the leading experts in the nation on health and human services issues. He has consulted with numerous states regarding all facets of their human services programs and is widely recognized as a visionary who brings a fast-paced, hi-tech approach to the health and human services field.

After spending a career in Health and Human Services as an agency executive and consultant; Gregg channeled his expertise to develop CaseVue, AutoGov’s cornerstone software. CaseVue is an advanced software enabling an aggressive approach to eligibility case review is a landmark achievement allowing state governments to achieve efficiency in their management processes on par with the most sophisticated corporations. The software provides the power of business analytics to user at the point of decision to reduce risk. Driving innovation and change, Gregg has been responsible for the development and implementation of solutions that have saved public and private organizations hundreds of millions of dollars – the hallmark of these solutions has been a focus on practical innovation that has driven real world, functional change using technology.

As AutoGov’s founder, Gregg charts the course for the company as it seeks to provide innovative solutions to state governments and their strategic partners. His focus is on enabling AutoGov clients to reduce costs, maximize resource efficiency, and achieve new levels of excellence. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration.
