Rose Hayden

Rose Hayden is the Chief Executive Officer for AutoGov, a position for which she is eminently qualified. As the former Chief of Staff for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Rose possesses a unique understanding of the complex challenges faced by state governments and their strategic partners in times of budgetary crisis. Her vast knowledge and experience have guided her in the creation of products and systems that leverage technology, innovation, and existing resources into dynamic twenty-first century solutions.

Since moving into private practice, Rose has partnered with local and state governments across the country in a variety of forward thinking projects. She led a comprehensive assessment aimed at overhauling DCH Medicaid eligibility for the State of Georgia and directed a reorganization effort to improve the overall functionality of the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. In addition, she led the effort to prepare the Pennsylvania Department of Public Works for a major federal program integrity audit and steered a performance audit of the Texas Medical Transportation System to identify weaknesses and provide a blueprint for future improvements. In each of these projects, she has capitalized upon her deep awareness of the necessity of replacing laborious, task driven processes and procedures with strategically driven decision-making tools to create desperately needed efficiency for these resource strapped organizations.

Today as the CEO for AutoGov, Rose leads the company’s efforts to engineer a suite of products and services for local and state governments and their strategic partners. Under her direction, AutoGov has developed CaseVue, a unique software package currently being applied in the field of eligibility determination for a variety of public assistance programs. She provides AutoGov with the knowledge, experience, and leadership necessary to guide the company into an unprecedented period of corporate growth.
