Taylor Phillips


Taylor Phillips is Director of AutoGov’s Business Systems and Data Analytics. He is primarily responsible for developing online customer service systems capacity and application integration, as well as managing a variety of hosting solutions for AutoGov clients. 

Taylor is also a highly qualified innovator in the dynamic and exciting field of data mining. As the company’s lead data analyst, he deploys a variety of tools and state of the art assessments to develop the intricate algorithms that drive AutoGov’s sophisticated client solutions methodology. 

In addition to his technical expertise, Taylor consults with AutoGov clients in a variety of capacities ranging from the development of reporting requirements to exploring additional avenues for data mining applications. Taylor is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
