Our software is a comprehensive product suite, designed to support our customers with technology based tools and applications implemented through the use of common interfaces. The applications for CaseVue range from health and human services to child placement to corrections and work for all private providers. Any business process requiring web-based portals, data driven analytics, case management, and business intelligence reporting capabilities is a possible implementation for the CaseVue suite. Our user interfaces are designed by specialists to ensure all screens are presented in the most useful layout.
CaseVue contains the following solution components -- all web-based for convenient access and upgrades:
Active Portal: deploys our proprietary "active intelligence" to ensure that data collected is accurate and complete. Outside data sources, edits, audits, rules, and regulations are actively collected and deployed against the data entered into the portals.
Predictive Analytics: utilizes advanced data mining and sophisticated predicted analytics to generate a comprehensive list of predictive factors, then deploys these factors in the form of "scoring engines" to ensure usefulness.
Case Management: is designed to facilitate the management and distribution of "cases" submitted through our active portal. Administrators use the built-in workflow to manage information submitted through the active portal: approve, deny, reject, pend, escalate, and remand to quality control reviewers. Review Windows are designed to provide case managers with a comprehensive view of all data necessary and relevant to accurate and timely decision making.
Business Intelligence Reporting: provides comprehensive reporting capabilities through this advanced reporting facility. Standard and ad hoc reporting are available to users and administrators. The entire product suite supports the creation of "audit logs" that, when combined with the suite's reporting abilities, provide administrators support for case reviews, appeals and hearings and other business process information as needed.
